Doctor who is in session...

It has been anticipated for almost 3 years now but after many trials and errors Allan Rafferty's fan series is in the production, with the 1st episode already entering post production and episode 2 being written it seems that finally the Doctor Allan portrays will be coming to our monitors. "It's been a long time in the making", says Rafferty, now 17 years of age, since he started at 14 he has learned a lot about film making and writing also, working on such projects as "Sherlock" and "Time Agent".
"I think now is finally the time to get a series out", he continues. "when I was young I made some awful episodes but it was all in the learning curb".  Since starting in 2007 Allan has gone through a lot of changes in his ideas, will he be using any of the old episodes he created? "No, but the storyline for the first episode, set in stone was an adapted version of the original first episode". Another change in the series run is the fact that he now has a partner, Jacob Kay, who helps him form all the ideas in the series and directs most of it too. "It really is very handy having someone there to bounce ideas off, the great thing is that I'm not the only one who knows where the series is going and the enthusiasm we share for the show is equal, we plan to give the same thrilling adventure to all fans of Doctor who".
The First episodes release date is not far off however it is unconfirmed, only confirming that the series will be released in 2011 and before any release date can be given, episode two and three must be filmed.

Keep your eyes peeled for more updates on the new fan series of Doctor who...
